  4. I love Chef Tom and Chef Britt and this channel generally. But how they measure wet and dry ingredients – when not baking – drives me nuts. Nobody at home gets out a measuring cup to measure some spice blend to sprinkle on turkey, just cook!

  6. you may have peeled those chiles… next time, place them a while on the straight flame in order to burn their skin, then shake them in a plastic bag… you'll peel their skin very easy.

  8. I do this but I leave out the zucchini and add some shredded kielbasa sausage to the mix for some added flavor and juiciness.
