  10. Just preped some chicken quarters, in the smoker now. My wife sprinkled the seasonings, I rubbed the seasonings into the chicken, on and otherwise handled/touched the chicken, so I am not "cross contanimating" the shakers, etc. from the chicken. Are we being a little too paranoid?

  12. The cherry pepper recipe is one of my new favorites! Try it, its amazing! I had two modifications, broccolini (I’m in MN, about as exotic as I could find, lol), and then when everything is plated, add a slice of fresh tomato on top of the chicken, then add xtra peppers.

    This recipe is amazing, try the slice of tomato on top.
