Recipe 01: Stuffed Bell Peppers
2 whole bell peppers, any color
250g Salmon Fish
1 white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 Medium diced tomato
Zucchini (15 ounces)
1½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
Instructions
Trim the tops off each bell pepper and remove seeds and membrane from inside. Place the bell peppers into the prepared pan.
In a large skill over medium-high heat, add in garlic and cook 1 minute then cook salmon fish, Zucchini, and onion for 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat or liquids.
Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, cooked salmon, onions and cream cheese.
Spoon mixture into bell peppers until full.
Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 40 minutes.
Recipe 02: Spicy Chicken with Fried Vegetables
6 OZ Chicken Breast
1 cup of Zucchini
1/2 Medium Bell Pepper (any color)
1 Medium Carrot
1 Green Chili
2 Cloves Garlic
Red Chili Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Green Beans
Salt
