Drove about an hour from my house with my daughter and met up with my friend Marcel. Right about now is perfect fishing for this cold water fish Rainbow Trout. I ended up with four Rainbows! These fish can be cooked up so many ways…so for this dinner I spiced it up with a delicious recipe. Hope you guys enjoy the video!
