✨🌶️ Chili Garlic Silken Tofu 🌶️✨ My favorite way to use soft or silken tofu. Serve it cold or give it a quick steam/poach (my preference). Whip up a quick chili garlic sauce and serve it with steamed rice. 🍚

You’re so right about tofu being treated as a meat substitute! I haven’t had silken tofu in years but this makes me want to try it again.
Yum scrumeroo!
Love
I’ve made this recipe twice now, it’s very good, a new staple. I will say, if you’re using gf soy sauce use less cuz it’s much saltier & don’t skimp on the green onions
I think it would be great to make a "cheese cake" with it.
Looks soooo good! Thanks for sharing.
That looks so delicious! Im heading to the store anyway, now I'm adding silken tofu to my list.
(I hope I can get my tofu to splay out like a flower like you did-so pretty!)
this looks so good! I've never tried to even cook with silken tofu. I am going to give it a try.
This looks so good! 😋❤️👏🏻
add some crushed century eggs to it, a perfect Chinese summer salad, yummy!
Can confirm, this is delicious cold.
I found a recipe where you serve it with a sweet ginger syrup. Its so good when youre feeling ill but also nice as a dessert
I think it’s good with chicken
Who eat this xD omg
You can try mochi donuts 😊
Just cause I love the chewiness from tofu and glutinous rice flour and it doesn't taste like tofu but a dessert
This looks good as well :DD
Wowowwww looks amazing 🤤
This is such a classic Chinese dish minus the century eggs which vegans can’t eat 🙂
What is chili crisp? Is there a substitute for it?
This is for sure good and I must try it 😋
