soya sauce 1/2 tblspn
corn flour 2 tblspn
egg white 1
salt to taste
white pepper powder 1/2 tblspn
final cooking:
onion 1 whole
garlic 1+1/2 pod
capsicum 1/4
green onion 1 bunch
green chillies 3 each
chicken stock 2 cups
sugar 1/2 tspn
soya sauce 1/2 tblspn
oyster sauce 1/2 tblspn
