INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil
2 White Onions
Handful of Garlic
Handful of Chili
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp White Sugar
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Seasoning
1 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash the ingredients.
2. Peel garlic and onions. Remove chili stalks.
3. Put garlic, onions and chili in a food processor. Blend for a few seconds until it becomes tiny bits. Once done, pour into a bowl or large pan. You can manually chop the ingredients if you don’t have a food processor or a blender.
4. Heat your pan and add cooking oil.
5. Add the blended onions, garlic and chili into the hot pan and stir continuously.
6. Add salt, oyster sauce, sugar, seasoning, ground pepper and vinegar.
7. Stir continuously and cook for 20 minutes.
8. Once cooked, let it cool down before transferring it to your favorite glass jar.
Note: The quantity of the ingredients can be adjusted depending on your preference. If you want it to be more spicy, you can add more chili. If you want it to have a more strong garlic taste, you can add more garlic. You can also add more salt/soy sauce of your preference if you want it to be more salty. You can also add more oil and onions.

Can I use any other type of chili? It seems lile labuyo is not available in my area. This looks good though. 😊
