Best Chili Recipe on the Bradley Electric Smoker

This is the best chili recipe on the Bradley electric smoker. This is an easy Chili recipe and is one of those one pot meals that everyone loves so here is the best chili recipe you’ll find anywhere. And this recipe is no exception. It’s hardy, tasty, and will warm you up on those cold days.
So when we got 24″ of snow yesterday, I thought “wow wouldn’t a good bowl of chili taste good right now”. So I made some my favorite way, on the Bradley electric smoker.

Now the Bradley electric smoker isn’t very good for smoking in cold weather or the wind, but after I made a heating element upgrade my smoker rocks in cold weather. Here is a link to the upgrade I made on my Bradley electric smoker

Making chili on a smoker imparts a wonderful smoky flavor to the chili that you can’t get by adding things like liquid smoke so I prefer to use Mesquite wood to smoke mine because Mesquite is just a traditional flavor profile for Texas smoking and BBQ. But the Mesquite flavor is just right for great chili too.

This is an easy recipe that anyone can make and if you don’t have a smoker it still taste fantastic on the stove so give this recipe a try.
I’m sure once you do you’ll forget those pre-made chili packs, and this will be the only way you’ll make chili again.

I had some left over brisket I cooked on my Bradley electric smoker and used it in the chili too, the link for that recipe is here
