Our friend Ray of @karma_stoned teaches us her family’s vegan chili recipe today!
Ingredients:
1 can of Kidney beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 large zucchini
2 carrots
3 tbsps nutritional yeast
Potli Chili to taste
Potli Sriracha to taste
Slice and saute the carrots and zucchini in a pan with coconut oil, and add beans and corn to pot. Add nutritional yeast and cayenne pepper to taste.
