I'm going to give these a try. I have some that I bought at the store. The liquid isn't as syrupy as this sounds like it is. I love them, though. Two things I do is chop them up and mix into Macaroni & Cheese for a Tex/Mex twist and they are absolutely essential when I make Queso dip.

How long does this keep in the jar? If its got vinegar it should be a few months right? Sorry!
