INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION
500 grams boneless chicken cut into 3/4 inch pieces
salt as per taste
garlic powder 1 tsp
ginger powder 1 tsp
all purpose flour 1/4 cup
one egg

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN CHILI
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp chili powder
add 1/4 cup water

FOR SHALLOW FRY ADD 2 TBSP OIL

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE HEALTHY CHICKEN CHILI
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1-2 slit green chilies
salt as per taste
1/4 green bell pepper
1 cup onion cut into 1 inch squares
1/4 orange bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup of green part of spring onion

SERVE IMMEDIATELY
