Can be substituted with dark soy sauce
Oilā¦.1 tsp
Flourā¦.2 Tbsp
Cornflourā¦.3Tbsp
Eggā¦.one (beaten)
Mix and set aside for 30 minutes then fry in medium hot oil for 4-5 minutes.
In another pan add
Oilā¦.2tbsp
Chopped garlicā¦.3tsp
Chopped gingerā¦.2 Tbsp
Stir on high heat for 30 seconds
Spring onions (white part)ā¦.3 Tbsp
Diced red onionsā¦.½cup
Green chiliesā¦.5-6 slanted
Capsicumā¦.½cup
Saltā¦.½tsp
Black pepper crushedā¦.a pinch
Vinegarā¦.1tbsp
Dark soy sauceā¦.1Tbsp
Corn slurryā¦.1Tbsp corn starch +2Tbsp water
Chili garlic sauceā¦.3Tbsp
Stir fry for a minute then add
Spring onionsā¦.3Tbsp chopped
