Ingredients:
– 500g chicken, cut into pieces
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
– Salt to taste
– Fresh green chillies
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
– Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken until it changes colour.
– Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
– Add black pepper powder, mix well.
Add water if needed, add yogurt and sauté until oil separates.
– Lastly add chopped fresh coriander leaves & green chillies.
– Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s tender.
– Serve hot with rice or roti.
