Chutney Ingredients:
Hara Dhania (coriander )handful
Podina (Mint leaves)handful
Hair mirch(Green chilies)2 nos
Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves
Zeera (cumin) 1 tsp
Namak (salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
Imli pulp (4-5 tbsp)
Dahi(Yogurt )4 tbsp
Botton red chili 2 nos
Daal Kabab Ingredients:
Soaked chana dal 250gm
Water 2 cup
Sabut lal mirch (button red chilies)7-8
Bari elaichi (black cardamom) 1
Darchini (cinnamon)2 sticks
Namak (salt) to taste
Zeera (cumin) 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Kali mirch (Black paper) 7-8
Long (cloves) 6-7
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Piyaz (Onion) 1 medium size
Podina ( mint leaves) handful
Hara dhania (coriander leaves) handful
Hair mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
For Bun kabab:
Ghee(clarified butter) for frying
Buns as required
3 Beaten eggs
Lacha piyaz as required
