Soaked Mash Daal – 2 Cups
Tomato Paste – 1/2 Cup
Onion Paste For 1
Ginger Slices
Green Chilies
Chopped Coriander
Whole Dried Red Chili – 5
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsp
Haldi Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Zera Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Red Chili Powder – 1-1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Ajwain Seeds – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
