Nice! I like the fact that you add the greens. I didn't know about the Nutritional Yeast seasoning. Thank You!! I'm loving your recipe.
Dats not how Jamaican make pepper pot soup😧🤢
Msg is not artificial!!… it is found naturally in breast milk . Trust me
No yu gone too far when yu blend up da greens
Green soup
i can lead you my shovel next time for all that seasoning
It is not a good idea to cook plastic in your hot food
Where is the coconut milk?
Damn, girl, you like it spicy.
Why would you blend the callaloo and coconut milk ???, and my mom used dasheen heart leaves as well along with the callaloo. The greens chopped up in the soup…lady dat looked more like split peas soup than pepper pot.
I don’t understand why you let it reduce so much that must have been salty in need water. Thanks for showing me cause I did not remember how to cook it and my mum did not answer her WhatsApp lol 😊
This looks tasty 🤤
:). enough seasonings for a 50 gallon drum of soup. That said, she does have beautiful hands 🙂
I have never seen anyone in Jamaica blend the greens and you put way too much season, then add salt.
Wow, going through these comments, people are very critical, had she not shown you, you’d volunteer for a bowl.
A fus mi si dis ya
Yh this ain't proper smh
You can’t touch my Tina’s soup.
This seems like an American version man was hoping for more if the authentic version, nice though I guess
Lady, I love Caribbesn soups, but you put too much Seasoning, fresh plus the preserved ones. Also, you should put the provisions in stages, the corn first and the sweet potatoes last. Foods that take lo get to cook should go first. However, this soup must be finger-licking. You are a great teacher.
I really like this recipe. I have always loved to eat Jamaican food since I was almost 10 years old as a young boy eating dinner at my Jamaican friends homes in our neighbourhood whose mother's always cooked this amazing food. Their fathers, uncles, grandfathers and etc would always play reggae and dance hall music which was so much fun and very interesting. Those were some of the best times I have had in my life.
Why can’t you find something other than plastic to tie your greens together and from the size of the pot, it seems you use so much seasoning..
Looks delicious but I don't remember my mom or anyone BLENDING the calloloo!! I guess that's something 🤔 new
Am sure that was salty with the amount of seasoning pre pk in bottles she just pouring down that pot without measuring
