Who doesn’t like Noodles?! Restaurant/Road-side Noodles taste good, but it tastes better when you cook at home!
Follow the recipe below to relish your favorite Veg Noodles at home!
Ingredients:
To boil Noodles:
• Noodles of your choice
• Oil – 1 spoon
• Water
For Seasoning:
• Oil – 2-3 spoons
• Ginger(minced) – 1 spoon
• Garlic(minced) – 1 spoon
• Onion – 1 small cup
• Cabbage – 1 small cup
• Red and Yellow Pepper – 1 small cup each
• Broccoli – 1 small cup
• Cherry Tomatoes – 5 to 6
• Salt to taste
Sauces:
• Green Chili Sauce – 1 spoon
• Red Chili Sauce – 1 spoon
• Dark Soya Sauce – ¾ spoon
• Vinegar – 1 spoon
Directions:
Take a deep end utensil, add enough water for boiling. Add Oil; bring the water to boiling point and add the noodles. Cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes or as per your Noodles’ requirement. Strain the water and keep the noodles aside.
For Seasoning:
Take a Wok, heat it on high flame. Add oil, heat it. Add Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilies and sauté it. Add onion and sauté it until it becomes translucent.
Add Cabbage, sauté it. Add peppers(green/red/yellow) and sauté it. Add Cherry Tomatoes and sauté it; until Al Dente. Add Salt.
Now add the sauces: Dark Soya sauce, Green Chili sauce, Vinegar, and Red Chili sauce. Give it a stir on high flame. Cook the sauces with veggies for a minute.
Add the boiled Noodles and give it a toss or two. Ready to serve.
