Ingredients
(Makes 10 servings at 8 net carbs a serving and a serving is 2 cups)
2lbs ground beef
Celery
2Jalapeños
2 16oz jars of Pace picante
Hot sauce
Pink salt&pepper
Oregano
Chili powder
How to make
Start by cooking up your ground beef on a medium heat and in another big pot on a heat about 7 then start the chili by adding your 2 jars of pace picante and then fill the jar 6 times with water and then add 1 tbsp of pink salt, 1tbsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of oregano flakes, 1 tsp of black pepper and stir well then add 4 stocks of cut up celery, 2 Jalapeños cut up and hot sauce to taste then let come to a boil but keep stirring in between then turn to medium then once your ground beef is cooked then strain and add back to the fry pan and add a little oregano flakes and chili powder then mix and now add to your pot of chili and mix well and let come to a boil on a medium heat with cover then turn to a simmer for 2 hours but keep stirring and keep it covered then enjoy! 2 cups is a serving and is 8 net carbs
