CHILLI PANEER:
Chilli Paneer is one of the most popular recipes in Indo-Chinese cuisine. It is simply flour or batter coated fried paneer cubes tossed in a spicy, salty, tangy and sweet sauce made with green bell peppers, garlic, ginger, green chillies, soy sauce and more seasonings.

There are three primary ways of making it, including dry, semi dry or gravy versions. In this post I am sharing the dry Chilli paneer (restaurant style).

INGREDIENTS: Paneer, Capsicum, Onion, Chopped Ginger Garlic Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Tomato Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Spring Onion, Coriander Leaves.

PANEER FRIED RICE:
Paneer Fried Rice is an Indian-Chinese fried Rice veriety made with Rice, Paneer, Mix Vegetables, Spices and Sauces. This is Savory, Spiced, and Delicious stir fried rice. This recipe is an extension to the popular Veg Fried Rice with an topping of marinated paneer cubes. it is an ideal one pot meal rice recipe for lunch box or even for dinner and can be served with manchurian or any gravy based curries.

INGREDIENTS: Rice, Paneer, Onion, Carrot, Beans, Capsicum, Cabbage, Chopped Garlic, Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce.
