In today’s video, I whipped up a mouthwatering homemade chicken chili that rivals restaurant-quality flavors. I used to believe that crafting Chinese cuisine at home was a daunting task, but I’m here to show you just how surprisingly simple and speedy it can be. Chicken Chilli
200 gms boneless chicken
Salt as per taste
½ tsp crushed pepper
½ portion egg
4 garlic cloves chopped
½” ginger chopped
2 green chili slit
Onion flakes
1 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp red chili sauce
½ tsp salt
Marinade the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, egg and corn flour
Heat an Iron wok
Add 2 tbsp oil
Add chopped garlic and ginger
Add onion flakes
Add soy sauce
Add red chili sauce
Add capsicum
Add salt
Saute all the veggies
Add fried chicken cubes
Then add corn flour water
Let it thicken turn off the flame and serve
