We werenāt kidding when we named this chilli āultimateā. Itās deep, dark and smokey – possibly the richest chilli weāve tasted! (Watch out for the super tasty bonus recipe idea at the end too!)
This may well be one of our favourite recipes from our first cookbook. The mushroom mince gives it a really meaty texture, the spices make it really full bodied and delicious, and the not-so traditional ingredients like soy sauce and maple syrup work surprisingly well to boost the gorgeous flavour š¤¤
Give it a go, you wonāt be disappointed! It works really well on nachos too š
