  1. I’m only a hobbyist, but this year I produced a gallon of fermented ghost pepper sauce, similar to Tabasco but hotter. Grown in 5 gallon pots on the deck in Atlanta, GA US. Fermented in brine, small batches and finished with a little vinegar.

  2. That’s awesome how many pounds of peppers did it take to make 5 gal of sauce?
