Today we smoked up some USDA Prime NY strip kabobs with a sweet thai chili garlic glaze on top. We maintained a temp on the kettle of 260 to 315 the entire cook using cherry wood. This are simple and will blow your guests minds!!!
Sweet Thai Chili Glaze:
Quarter cup of Thai Chili Sauce
Quarter cup of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of squeeze garlic
Add honey if personal preference to be a little more sweet.
