Ramen hack for students – Chili oil ramen

Perfectly spiced, extra garlicky, and tangy, and you can easily adjust the spice level you like.

Recipe tips:
– You can use any type of ramen packets you like. I kept mine gf with Lotos Foods brown rice ramen.
– Cook the noodles to al dente for the best chewy texture!
– I use my homemade Garlic Chili sauce so it’s not as spicy as store-bought. 
– Don’t skimp on the garlic and spring onions…they are the FLAOVR foundation! I say the more the better. 🙂
– Use a neutral, high smoke point oil. Avocado oil is great! Preheat it in a heavy bottom saucepan, uncovered, until the oil simmers. 
– Pour the hot oil over the aromatics to “activate” the flavor. Don’t skip this!
