  2. "Karhai cut", hearing that for the 1st time. Now I will tell that to the shop when buying to make karhai.

  3. This quantity is enough for how many people sir…I am having 15 guests …I am not sure of quantity…plz help

  4. written recipe:

    take 1 kg chicken
    4 tomatoes in slices (galta jaldi hai)
    1 tsp salt
    don’t add onions to this recipe – only use onion powder
    1 cup water
    NOW you start the fire on stove

    7-8 mins later:

    cook till chicken is half done – cooked and in gravy form, tomatos should be gall chuka now

    now add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

    now add oil – 2 big cooking spoons

    2-3 mins later after oil,
    add 1/2 tsp laal mirch

    1.5 cup yoghurt
    cook on high flame

    now add zeera and dhaniya (1 tsp each)
    1 tsp kaali mirch

    now cook till oil is separated
    garnish with lambi green chilli and adrak

    cover w lid for 2-4 mins – enjoy
