  1. After 40 yrs I just learned to just leave the ribs in the foil and open the top. Good lord, that's a palm hit to the head, why didn't I think of that moment.

  2. I do enjoy some of your videos, but the lighting is hard. I dont know if it's a "make myself different" move or not, but can barely see any smoke ring while you're showing the first cut rib, etc. Hate a frontal assault of light, but maybe add just a little extra. The whole cook is hard
