Ingredients
For Marinating Panner :
500 gram Panner cubes
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Basmati Rice (rinse and soaked for 15 mins)
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Oil
Whole Spices:
1 no Cinnamon,Mace, Star Anise & Stone Flower
5 nos Clove
4 nos Cardamom
2 nos Bay Leaf
2 nos Onion medium, Thinly Sliced
2 nos Green Chili, Slit
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 nos Tomato medium, Chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Avakaya Pickle (less spicy add 2 tbsp)
Hand full of Mint Leaves & Coriander Leaves
1.5 cup Water
1 tbsp Ghee
