BURNT GARLIC NOODLES WRITTEN RECIPE :

INGREDIENTS :
• 2 cups Boiled noodles
• Salt as required
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 Onion
• 1 Capsicum
• 6-7 garlic cloves

For Sauce :
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
• 1 tsp sugar/1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp red chilli sauce
• 1/2 cup water

METHOD :
• Start by boiling the noodles in a pot of water according to package instructions. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside.
• Next, slice the onion, capsicum, and garlic cloves.
• Heat some oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for a minute or until it turns light brown.
• Add the chopped onion and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until they become slightly tender.
• Now, add the boiled noodles to the wok and toss them well with the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
• To make the sauce, mix soy sauce, schezwan sauce, sugar or ketchup, and red chili sauce in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture and stir well.
• Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir well until everything is well combined.
• Increase the heat to high and continue to stir-fry the noodles for another 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles well.
• Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning the garlic or noodles.
• Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat and transfer the Burnt Garlic Noodles to a serving dish.
• Serve hot and enjoy your delicious noodles!
