Ok AB, I'm gonna give you my best recipe. I put a skillet on my grill. Bacon grease hot then add piece of Salmon and a fat teaspoon of ham glaze with clove. Spread it over the salmon as it warms up

Only thing Id change is to sautee the onion before adding the beef. 80/20. Only a PINCH of cinnamon so it remains unidentifiable in the sauce .
