Chilli Paneer Dry | Easy & Quick Chili Paneer Recipe | Resturant Style At Home

Chilli paneer is an appetizer that doesn’t require any special reason and can be enjoyed anytime. Spicy, tangy paneer recipe that you can serve as is or along with a bowl of rice. Loved by kids and adults alike, this is a quick and easy recipe made in just under 30 minutes!

How to cook :

1. In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of refined oil, then add 250gms of Paneer and fry it for 2 minutes.

2. Take oil in a pan, add onions, capsicum, chopped garlic and green chili.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes in the high flame then add some food color (if necessary)

4. To it add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar.

5. Then add some salt as require and pour some water.

6. Then add fried paneer and cook for 2 minutes.

7. Finally, add some coriander leaves and serve with nan or roti.
