Vegan Cajun Crumble Chili Recipe
3 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 whole package of Boca crumbles
5 cans of beans – Drain & save the aquafaba for use in other recipes.
1 can of corn or black-eyed peas
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes & jalapeños
Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high if you are in a hurry.
