Spicy Pepper Sauce *Jeo Soom*

Spicy Pepper Sauce *Jeo Soom* recipe:
10-20 fresh or frozen Thai chili peppers
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
1/2 or 1 Tbsp. msg
5 Tbsp. fish sauce
3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
5 Tbsp. cold water
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
**key ingredient for this recipe is the msg, if you don’t cook with msg, you can use sugar but keep in mind, with sugar it will have a different taste, it will be more like a spicy sweet and sour vs. a spicy savory sauce**
