Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook Chinese Chicken Salad easily and quickly. Chinese Chicken Salad tastes salty, sweet, and slightly spicy. This recipe is just 15 minutes!
▶ Ingredients :
300g, Chicken Breast
● Ginger, Scallions, and Garlic, for poaching your chicken.
Asian Dressing:
● Chopped Garlic
● Chili Flakes
● 1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
●1/4 cup, Chili Oil
● 1 tsp, Brown Sugar
● 1 tsp, Black Vinegar
●1 tsp, Sesame Oil.
▶Method :
1. Poach your chicken. Cook the chicken until completely cooked for about 10 minutes, then into cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. Make your Asian dressing. Add the chopped garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, chili oil, brown sugar, black vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Stir until all sugar is dissolved.
3. Shred your chicken Once the chicken is cool enough to handle, use your hands to shred them into smaller pieces.
4. Make your Chinese Chicken Salad: Use your vegetables such as mushrooms, celery, carrots,
turnips, cucumber, cilantro but today I use only cucumber leftover.
5. Add the shredded chicken over the cucumbers, pour the Asian dressing on top of the salad, sprinkle the sesame seeds and scallions and gently toss to combine.
