Ingredients:

4 Red Bell Peppers (Tatashe)

500g Assorted meats Boiled Eggs (Optional)

3/4 cup Palm Oil

3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1.5 Whole Onions

Scotch bonnet (Ata rodo)

1/2 Cup Dried Prawns

1/2 Chopped Onion

4 Tablespoons Crayfish Powder

Chicken/ Beef Seasoning

3 Tablespoons Locust Beans

Salt to taste
