Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks – 3, Cardamoms – 4
Curry leaves
Tamarind juice
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water
