  2. Basa Filet Fish Fry 🐟 šŸ˜‹

    Fish Marinade:

    1/2 tsp salt (or salt to taste)
    1/4 tsp white or black pepper
    1 TBSP Chinese cooking wine
    1/2 to 1 tsp paprika
    3 egg whites
    3 TBSP corn starch
    Marinade for 20 to 30 minutes
    Double fry the fish for a crisper fish

    Chop and sautee:
    1 Tbsp ginger
    1 TBSP garlic
    1/2 to 1 white or yellow Onion
    Chop 1 small bunch of green scallion
    Add salt and pepper to taste

    Add fried fish to sautĆ©ed vegetables and sautee for another 2 to 3 minutes. šŸ˜‹
