This does not look very appetizing.
That… looks like someone wanted to make a really interesting chili pasta fusion dish, and… was super lazy about it. The toppings just looks super basic, like nobody wanted to try.

Cincinnati chili on pasta is legit amazing but twirling is still superior method as it mixes in the cheese perfectly with the warm sauce in each bite. Skyline is the best thing about Ohio.
