This is a video cooking tutorial of How To Fry An Egg In Bell Pepper Ring. This dish is awesome – tasty, nutritious, beautiful and easy to cook!

Ingredients:
– 1-3 any colour Bell Peppers (or Sweet Peppers)
– Eggs
– Olive or Sunflower Oil
– Salt

Wash the peppers and eggs. Cut the slice of pepper (a ring). Let oil heat up at the frying pan. Put a ring of pepper into hot oil, then crack the egg and fill this ring with it. Continue cooking over low heat until yolks firm and egg whites harden.
