Finding a healthy and delicious recipes to fill your week can be tough for working parents. Inspired by the Ambitious Kitchen, we attempted the Healthy Turkey Chili with our own little twist to it. Most ingredients are organic.

0:07 – Add oil and garlic
0:13 – Add onions and bell peppers
0:24 – Add ground turkey
0:38 – Add seasoning
1:26 – Add diced tomatoes
1:40 – Chicken broth
1:53 – Add beans and corn
1:55 – Mix and let it boil then simmer
Shopping List
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 pound extra lean ground turkey
3 tablespoons McCormick chili powder (other chili powder might make this super spicy)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 (28-ounce) can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 1/4 cups chicken broth (regular)
1 (15 oz) dark red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, rinsed and drained
Boil and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Toppings: lime, cheese, avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, sour cream (we prefer salvadoreña cream)
