Ingredients:
8-10 fresh red chilies
2-3 jalapeños
3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. You can add a small amount of oil to prevent sticking if desired.
2. Add the fresh red chilies, jalapeños, garlic, and shallot to the skillet, and cook until they are slightly charred.
3. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the ingredients cool slightly.
