Chili Cheese Noodle | How to make chili cheese noodle

Chilli Cheese Noodles is one of the most favorite foods among children. This recipe is super easy to make. If you are hungry and looking for a quick snack, try this cheese noodles a try.

Ingredients:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chili – 4 slits
Capsicum – half sliced
Salt – ¼ tsp
Noodle – 1 pack
Water – ½ half cup
Cheese – 1 cube
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp (Optional)
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Pepper – ½ tsp

Procedure:

In a pan, add 1 tbsp of butter. One it is hot add garlic, ginger and sautƩ 1 min.
Add sliced green chili and capsicum and sautƩ 2 mins on medium flame. Add a pinch of salt.
Once it is half cooked add 1 packet noodles with ½ cup water.
Bring the water to boil and add 1 cube cheese. Mix well.
Let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
Once it is cooked add pepper and coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot.
