  4. A beautiful video from a beautiful person! But I wonder, have you ever used "Half & Half" instead of water? I've never used water and don't want to try it because Half & Half makes the soup very thick and creamy …. With cheese and bread — wow!

  7. Is the tomato paste you used "double concentrated"? If not, should I reduce the qty by 50% if I use double concentrated?

  8. Hey Lisa another great recipe. I exchange the water for a can of full coconut cream which adds creamy deliciousness to the soup. As well instead of doing it in the oven I place it on my smoker and infuse the vegetables with smoke which really adds an earthy tasty to the soup.

  9. Sorry for being late to this video but I have to ask, why the canned tomato paste? I feel like that's going to overpower the flavors of the peppers and onions.

  10. 4 capsicums. 3 tomatoes
    1 onion. 3 or 4 cloves Garlic. Coat with olive oil. Bake 30 mins. 6 ounces tomato paste. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 and half cups water/ stock.

  11. First time watching, I've made this years ago, but needed a refresher! My daughter just bought a Vitamix so I shared it with her, thank you!
