This is a very flexible recipe, you can use whatever ingredients you have and in whatever quantity you have them!
Here are the ingredients we used:
1. Turkey, ground and lean: 1 cup
2. Onion, chopped: 1 cup
3. Pinto beans, canned: 1 cup
4. Chopped tomatoes, canned: 1 cup
5. Bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 cup
6. Thai chili, chopped: 2 pcs
7. Ginger garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
8. Bayleaf : 1 pc
9. Ground cumin: 2 teaspoons
10. Cayenne: 1 teaspoon
11. Oregano, dried: 1 teaspoon
12. Cocoa Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
13. Chipotle peppers, paste: 2 tablespoons
14. Lime, juice: 1/2 lime
15. Mozzarella, shredder: for garnish
16. Parsley, chopped: for garnish
17. Tortilla chips: as accompaniment
