1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 White Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. powdered garlic, and onion powder
½ tsp. Mexican oregano
2 tsp. Cumin
¼ cup Flour
2 ½ cup Beef Stock
12 oz. medium Cheddar from the block, freshly grated
12-16 fresh Yellow or White Corn tortillas

  1. I need meat inside my enchiladas lol this different from a normal recipe & flour tortillas when it comes to enchiladas!

  2. I made some for the first time a few wks back with chicken I’m going to try this time hamburger meat. I been seeing recipes using that. And I definitely need to use better cheese. The last one suck some kind of mozzarella, jalapeño and something mix. I used it because all of it was free. My son brought it back from the base when he came home.
