Ingredients :-

For fry the potatoes :-

Raw potato – 400 g.
Kashmiri lal mirch – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 th tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red food colour – a pinch (optional)
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Oil for fry

For corn flour mixture :-

Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup

For potato chilli :-

Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli – 1
Onion – 2 (medium size)
Capsicum – 1 (medium size)
Salt to taste
Kashmiri lal mirch – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 th tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp

Process :-

First mix the potatoes with,
Kashmiri lal mirch, black pepper, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, red food colour, corn flour, maida and water.
Fry on hot oil until golden brown on medium flame.
Then heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds on high flame.
Add chopped green chilli and fry.
Then add onion and fry for a few seconds on high flame.
Then add capsicum and fry for a minute on high flame.
Then add salt to taste, kashmiri lal mirch, black pepper and mix for 30 seconds.
Then add vinegar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix for a few seconds on high flame.
Then add sugar and mix.
Then add corn flour mixture and mix.
Then add fried potatoes and mix on high flame.
Then add chopped coriander leaves and sesame seeds and mix on high flame.
Now the super tasty chilli potato is ready to serve.
