Egg Pepper Masala | Egg Recipe | Anda Kalimirch Masala
Ingredients :
Eggs 4 Nos
Oil 2 tbsn
Onions 2 Nos
Puree of 3 tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsn
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsn
Pepper powder 1 tsn
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Few curry leaves
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method :
Boil eggs using enough water for 10 minutes.
Remove shells and cut into halves.
Heat 1 tbsn oil in a pan.
Add turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp pepper powder on low flame. Mix well.
Place egg pieces in the pan and roast both sides few seconds on low flame.
Transfer it in a plate and keep aside.
Heat oil in the same pan.
Add sliced onions and fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
Add ginger garlic paste, saute till raw aroma goes away.
Add in dark soy-sauce and saute few seconds.
Add in all the spice powders and curry leaves. Mix well.
Add tomato puree and salt. Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add hot water to adjust the consistency.
Add roasted egg pieces and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
