3 nos Egg (one for each sandwich)
3 cup Water
Homemade Mayonnaise: (or) store bought
2 nos Egg yolk
200 ml Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard powder (or) 1tsp Mustard sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
Other ingredients:
6 slices Sandwich Bread
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Onions, chopped finely
1 tbsp Coriander, chopped finely
1 cube Butter (softened)
