Super Easy Japanese Green Peppers Recipe!



I usually don’t like green peppers, but this umami peppers recipe eliminates the bitterness!
1. Cut peppers into 1 inch strips, take out core & seeds.
2. Heat pan to medium & coat with 2 tbsp sesame oil.
3. Add peppers, focus on getting light char marks.
4. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce/mirin/sake, dash of salt & pepper, ajinomoto (MSG powder).
5. Keep sautéing until sauce is gooey.
6. Add on top of rice, pour the sauce on top, add sesame. Enjoy!
