Grilled Bell Peppers! This is an easy, quick and delicious recipe. All you have to do is cut the bell peppers, put them in a zip lock bag, and add olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Let the air out from the zip lock bag, zip it up and mix well. Grill bell peppers two minutes on each side and add balsamic vinegar once the bell peppers cool down if desired.
Ingredients:
2 medium bell peppers
olive oil
salt
black pepper
balsamic vinegar

Awesome! Made some yesterday for dinner and they were very delicious!
It's a lot easier if you cook it whole, let it cool down in a bag then cut it. Easier to flip/watch one item than 30. You also lose the risk of having them fall through the grates.
Just slice the top bit off and core it. It's easier to deseed raw.
By leaving it to cool in a bag, it also allows you the option to remove the skin if you don't want it.
can you cool them in the fridge for a snack another day?
You are super cute. I love your accent. 🙂 I will be making these peppers in a few minutes…Thanks!
Love the way she says "black pepper" 😏
very Good
Thank you for cooking method

Love me some grilled peppers 🔥❤️
great recipe – thank you!!!
It would be easier to leave air in the bag in order to mix everyghing in.
Also dropping the salt and pepper directly on a couple peppers is gonna cause some to be heavily coated compared to others since they'll stick directly to thise more.
