Momo chutney is very hot spicy chutney,made from round red small chili/dalle chilli( locally grown in Sikkim & Darjeeling ), garlic & tomato(optional).
Hot momo chutney is mainly served with momos, thukpa,Sha phaley,noodles,etc.
It is a very famous in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim,Darjeeling

dry red chili-5-6 pcs
tomato-1 pc
garlic- 5-5 cloves
salt
